Membership Terms & Conditions
This agreement is legally binding. If you do not understand any aspect of this agreement, please ask an employee of Stonegoat Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Stonegoat”) to fully explain such aspects before signing.
Membership Basic Information
- This is a monthly recurring ‘dues’ paying membership at the then-current subscription rate. It begins on the date that the agreement is signed and continues indefinitely until terminated.
- The dues owed for the first month is determined pro-rata, from the agreement start date until the end of the calendar month and is payable at the time the agreement is made.
- A non-refundable sign-up fee is also payable at the time the agreement is made. 4. Members agree to provide their credit card information using the link provided to be billed automatically each month.
- On the 1st of each month, the monthly indicated dues will be charged against the card provided.
- In the event the payment fails we will attempt to contact the named account holder with the contact details we have on file. Members are required to keep their contact details and payment information updated.
- Stonegoat reserves the right to deny entry to a member without a valid in-date and in-credit membership. If you have an amount due to be paid on your account, the amount must be settled before access is granted.
- Stonegoat reserves the right to alter the membership terms and conditions with 15 days prior written notice.
- Stonegoat may alter monthly dues with 90 days prior written notice. Early Bird Members monthly membership dues are guaranteed for the life of the membership.
- As a member you agree to comply with the rules of Stonegoat with regards to use of the facilities, opening hours and your conduct. Stonegoat may make reasonable changes to these rules from time to time, provided advanced notice of these changes are given.
- In the event of breach of membership rules and regulations, Stonegoat reserves the right to require any member to leave the premises and have their membership suspended. Any member found in severe breach of rules or committing an illegal act will result in immediate termination of their membership.
Membership Termination Policy
- Members are required to request termination of the membership five (5) days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid charges. The membership will remain active for the remainder of the current calendar month. The termination will be effective from the start of the next billing cycle.
- Any terminations of a membership for a month that has already been charged will not be refunded. Unused memberships paid for the month are not refundable for cash, kind, store credit or vouchers.
- In the event a membership is terminated, and the holder wishes to re-instate the membership, the holder will be required to pay a sign-up fee and the dues of the then current monthly membership fees without reduction.
Membership Freeze Policy
- Memberships can be frozen once per calendar month and is limited to a maximum of 3 freezes within a 12-month period, at a rate of 300THB per freeze. The membership freeze fee is non- refundable.
- Memberships frozen for more than 90 days will automatically be terminated unless otherwise agreed upon between the member and Stonegoat.
- Members who have sustained serious injury may request for their membership to be frozen without charge. Stonegoat reserves the right to review and request additional documentation and reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
- Memberships frozen will have credit prorated to the member’s account for the next billing cycle. If a membership is terminated during the freeze period, the prorated amount will not be credited to the member’s account, and is not exchangeable for cash, kind, store credit or vouchers.
Referral Program
- You may earn referral credits by referring a friend to Stonegoat. To receive a valid referral credit, the person must have not climbed or registered at Stonegoat before.
- You may also earn referral credits by referring a friend who has climbed at Stonegoat before and converts from a Day Pass or 10 Pass holder to a Monthly Recurring Membership.
- Please only refer people whom you personally know. You may be disqualified from the Referral programs and forfeit any credits if Stonegoat learns that you are referring persons who are not in your social network.
- Referral credits are valid for active membership fee redemptions only and applied automatically to the next billing cycle.
- In the event of termination of the membership, the credits will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, store credits or vouchers.
Opening Hours and Gym Closures
- Stonegoat may vary the opening hours as considered necessary for the proper upkeep and operation of the facility.
- Stonegoat reserves the right to close sections of the gym or close the entire gym during the billing cycle for maintenance, special events or any other matters as determined by Stonegoat with no refund to the membership billing cycle.
- Stonegoat reserves the right to close on Songkran, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with no reduction to a member’s monthly dues.
- In the event of emergency or forced closures (natural disasters, political unrest) Stonegoat will automatically freeze the membership without charge and the undue closure will be credited to the account and deducted from the monthly dues on the next billing cycle.
Data Policy
- Credit card information is securely transmitted to and stored by Opn Payments, a PCI DSS certified payment provider.
